The Pyrolux 32cm Paella Pan is a commercial grade frying pan constructed from 1.5mm gauge blue steel making it both hard wearing and capable of withstanding high temperatures and long preheats. Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, the pan is easy to season and will over time develop excellent non stick properties safe for metal utensils.

Withstand high temperatures and allows for longer preheating
Hard wearing and easy to season to attain its own patina/non-stick properties
