The Pyrolux 40cm Paella Pan is a commercial grade frying pan constructed from 1.5mm gauge blue steel making it both hard wearing and capable of withstanding high temperatures and long preheats.

Suitable for all heat sources, including induction, the pan is easy to season and over time will develop excellent non stick properties safe for metal utensils.
